Where are the Creekside Living communities located?

Creekside Living includes three apartment communities throughout Buncombe County:

Creekside at Asheville – 100 Village Creek Drive, Asheville, NC 28806
Creekside at Arden – 200 Park South Boulevard, Arden, NC 28704
Creekside at Weaverville – 100 Flat Creek Village Drive, Weaverville, NC 28787

Each community offers its own location advantages while keeping you connected to Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina area.

What's the difference between the three Creekside Living locations?

Each Creekside community gives you a different way to experience the Asheville area.

Creekside at Asheville puts you near West Asheville, the Haywood Road corridor, the River Arts District, and Downtown Asheville.

Creekside at Arden is located in South Asheville with convenient access to I-26, shopping and dining, and Asheville Regional Airport.

Creekside at Weaverville offers a quaint setting just north of Asheville, less than a mile from the town of Weaverville and convenient to both UNCA and Mars Hill University.
